Indian Coffee and K&N Air Filter From Radio Indigo

Two free gifts/prizes in as many weeks!

Well last week, Radio Indigo had a competition about what was the most popular drink in the world, and I answered correctly stating that it was Coffee. So Cindu Chandrashekharan, awarded me a coffee hamper. It had coffee powder (ground, not instant), two very pretty mugs, a coffee filter to brew the coffee in, and a nice t-shirt with some Coffee bean motifs..

Then yesterday, I participated in another quizz/competition on Radio Indigo. the Big Breakfast hosted by Cindu again, and the question was how many kilometers does a K&N Air filter last. So, I answered it as 1,600,000 Kilometers (yeah a million miles). So I won myself a K&N airfilter! Worth a few thousands...! Thanks, Cindu. I also participated when Rohit Barker popped a question about the color of a K&N filter, on the previous evening, but someone else won that one...

Radio Indigo is cool. Rohit Barker is wierd! Probably more warped than I am, even though listeners get to hear only the sterile part of him come through the airwaves, I get the feeling that someone is probably holding him back by the bra straps... Probably the moral police or the I&B Ministry... Either way, he's fun. So I guess I should forgive him for not giving me any prizes... I used to really look forward to his show in the mornings, early on, when he was VeeJay-ing.

What Radio Indigo really needs to do is change Jeffrey Thomas' playlist or, reschedule it a bit, maybe. I would rather not listen to metal that early in the evening..., that too when I am not sloshed on the good stuff.
