Photos Of Bangalore

All the images in this post have been taken with a Sony Ericsson K790i cell phone. It's a 3.2 megapixel camera, but nowhere close to my Nikon D80...

Firoze (not in this picture) is my mechanic, for my Royal Enfield Bullet. The workshop is called Mehboob Garage, and is located on Nrupathunga Road. Whenever I go there, I can be guaranteed that there will be atleast two or three guys swarming over my bike, trying to fix things, lube the chain, and stuff like that. The Firoze will walk up, inspect the bike, and if required make a quick adjustment and I am off... Yeah, like an F1 pit crew...:)
Really bad traffic jam the other day on Cubbon Road, Bangalore. All I could do was switch of the engine, and do stuff. Like take pictures in the rear-view mirror of my Fiat Palio 1.6 GTX...

This is a sign stating the fines that you pay, when you are caught red-handed by the same traffic police, that I have mentioned elsewhere in these blogs, earlier. Now, as of today's exchange rate, the the highest fine of Rupees 300 works out to just about US$ 7.1...! Moral of the story, if you want to violate traffice rules, come to India, especially Bangalore. We let you off easy. Really cheap, infact.

UB... All new buildings coming up, rapidly changing the skyline around Bangalore. From the looks of it, a lot of thought went into the design..
Well, that concludes this post. I will try getting some more, as time goes by. The primary reason I am doing this series is, because I keep getting the question, "So, how is Bangalore these days?"
